ISO-NE Board of Directors open meeting will highlight Regional System Plan

Members of the public will have a chance to observe discussions of the ISO New England Board of Directors at an open meeting next month.

The meeting is also an opportunity to learn about the ISO’s draft 2025 Regional System Plan, a comprehensive look at the 10-year horizon for New England’s power grid.

The meeting takes place Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, from 1:00-4:30 p.m. at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport Hotel, 1 Hotel Drive, Boston, MA 02128. Advance registration is required to attend in person. Members of the public may also attend virtually without registering. A recording of the meeting will be posted soon afterward.

The program will begin with opening remarks from board chair Cheryl LaFleur. Board member Caren Anders will introduce the 2025 Regional System Plan, and ISO-NE leadership will discuss key takeaways from the report. The board will then conduct its regular business, which will include a management update from President and CEO Gordon van Welie and an update on the ISO’s Multi-Year Roadmap from Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Vamsi Chadalavada.

A listening session will follow, with a limited number of timeslots available for those who want to sign up to address the board directly. Members of the public may also submit written comments, either in advance of or after the meeting, to BoardofDirectors@iso-ne.com.
