Now online: Economic Planning for the Clean Energy Transition webinar materials 

The presentation and recording of a recent webinar on ISO New England’s Economic Planning for the Clean Energy Transition (EPCET) study are now available online.

The EPCET study explores the operational, engineering, and economic challenges the region would need to address to support the New England states’ commitment to reduce carbon emissions over the next several decades. It identifies trends the region should consider to ensure power system reliability, progress toward state decarbonization goals, and informed decision-making about efficient spending and investment.   

The webinar was part of a series of free presentations about the ISO’s work designed for individuals without a technical background.
