ISO-NE CEO appears on CommonWealth Beacon podcast

ISO New England President and CEO Vamsi Chadalavada recently appeared on “The Codcast,” a weekly video podcast produced by CommonWealth Beacon.

In the 45-minute episode, Chadalavada discusses factors driving rapid change in the region’s energy landscape. He also highlights the expertise and talent of ISO New England staff who are helping to navigate the changes.

“This is the time to be pragmatic,” he says. “This is where communication, relationships, solidarity, consensus, durability all come into play. It’s not about what the grid operator says, because our control is very limited and we need authority to pursue any initiative. But can we provide the right information? Can we be a trusted partner in New England?”
