ISO Minute: Celebrating National Control Room Workers Day

June 12 is National Control Room Workers Day, a day established in 2024 to recognize the critical work of control room operators across various industries.

At ISO New England, our highly trained system operators work around the clock to ensure the reliable flow of electricity to more than 15 million people across the six states.  Their expertise is supported by rigorous training, continuing education, and dedication to their work even on nights, weekends, and holidays.
