Consumer Liaison Group’s March meeting to be held in Vermont
Registration is open for the next quarterly meeting of the Consumer Liaison Group (CLG), to be held in Vermont and online in March.
The meeting topic is “Resilience in the Face of Increasingly Extreme Weather.” Ben Edgerly Walsh, climate and energy program director at the Vermont Public Interest Research Group (VPIRG), will provide keynote remarks. Shawna Trader, a flood responder and community leader, will provide the community welcome. There will also be a panel discussion, with speakers to be announced soon, and a regional update from ISO New England.
The meeting takes place Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Vermont State University (Randolph) Campus Center, 314 Admin Drive, Randolph Center, VT 05061. Lunch is at noon, followed by the meeting from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Following the meeting, staff from the ISO‘s External Affairs department will be available until 4:30 p.m. to answer additional questions from in-person attendees.
Registration is required by March 20 for in-person attendance to help with planning for seating and lunch, and to respect venue occupancy limits. There is no registration for virtual attendance. Details for virtual attendance are available via the calendar event on the ISO New England website.
The CLG is a forum for the exchange of information between ISO New England (the region’s power grid operator) and electricity consumers. Meetings are free and open to the public. Attendees include consumers and consumer representatives, state business and industry associations, chambers of commerce, individual businesses, trade groups, nonprofit organizations, and other end users.
