The presentation and recording of the Jan. 20 technical session on the General Electric Multi-Area Reliability Simulation (GE MARS) tool are now posted to ISO New England’s website.
This session provided a closer look at how the GE MARS Resource Adequacy Assessment model is set up to perform assessments and calculations to support existing processes for the Forward Capacity Market and new processes under the Capacity Auction Reforms (CAR) project.
