Training available on equipment outage requests

Participant Training Services is pleased to release a microlearning module titled How to Request AVR, PSS, and GSU Outages Using the CROW Application.

This module explains how to use the Control Room Operations Window (CROW) application to request an outage for an automatic voltage regulator (AVR), power system stabilizer (PSS), or generator step-up transformer (GSU). It includes detailed submittal timelines and helpful example scenarios. The approximate viewing time is 5 minutes.
