New training available on resource outage requests

Participant Training Services is pleased to release a microlearning module on How to Create a Resource Outage Request Using the CROW Application.

This module explains the process necessary to create a resource outage request using the Control Room Operations Window (CROW) application, including a step-by-step video tutorial. The approximate viewing time is 5 minutes.
