Panelists announced for June Consumer Liaison Group meeting

Registration is now open for the second quarterly meeting of the Consumer Liaison Group (CLG) in 2022, scheduled for 12:00 p.m. on June 9.

The meeting will be held at the Doubletree Westborough Hotel, in Westborough, Massachusetts. In addition, there will be a virtual registration option available for those who wish to participate via webinar. For the safety of all stakeholders, in-person attendees need to be vaccinated for COVID-19. By registering to attend the CLG meeting in person, you are affirming that you are vaccinated.

The event will feature a panel discussion entitled “Global Events, Regional Impacts: The Effects of World Events on New England’s Energy Markets, Climate Goals, and Customer Costs.” Robert Rio, a member of the CLG Coordinating Committee, will moderate a discussion with the following panelists:

  • Melissa Birchard, Director of Clean Energy and Grid Reform, Acadia Center
  • Dana Fischer, Manager of Utilities and Electrification-East, Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US
  • Heather Takle, President & CEO, PowerOptions, Inc.

In addition, ISO New England will provide a regional update. CLG meetings are free and open to the public.
