Danly sworn in as FERC commissioner

James Danly was sworn in as a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on March 31, 2020, serving a term that ends June 30, 2023. Danly had been serving as general counsel to FERC since September 2017. One seat remains open at the five-member Commission.
