Annual media briefing focuses on state of region’s electric grid in 2020

ISO New England President and CEO Gordon van Welie updated reporters on the state of the region’s power system on March 6, 2020. During the media briefing, van Welie walked reporters through the recently released 2020 Regional Electricity Outlook. The report outlines how the region is moving toward a clean energy future, and discusses the collaborative role the ISO, state policymakers, and the energy industry, will play in reliably guiding the power system through this transition.
