Consumer Liaison Group hosted 10th anniversary meeting

The tenth anniversary of the Consumer Liaison Group (CLG) took place on December 5, 2019, in Boston, Massachusetts. It was also the final quarterly meeting of the year. The keynote speaker was Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities Chairman Matthew Nelson, and the featured speaker was Judy Chang, a Principal at the Brattle Group. The panel discussion focused on: “10 Years of CLG:  What We Learned in Our First Decade and What We Can Expect in the Second. Changing the Wholesale Electricity Markets and What That Means for Your Bottom Line.” A full summary of the meeting is on CLG page of the ISO’s website.

The 2020 meeting schedule is: March 12, June 11, September 17, December 2

The CLG is a forum for the exchange of information between ISO New England and electricity consumers in New England. Meetings are generally attended by consumers and consumer representatives (including state consumer and ratepayer advocates), state business and industry associations, chambers of commerce, individual businesses, trade groups, nonprofit organizations, and other end users.
