Consumer Liaison Group discusses role of carbon in state and regional energy planning at September meeting
The third quarterly meeting of the Consumer Liaison Group (CLG) in 2019 was held on September 5 in Portland, Maine. The meeting featured a keynote address by Dan Burgess, Director, Maine Governor’s Energy Office; a regional update from ISO New England; and a panel discussion on The Role of Carbon in State and Regional Energy Planning.
The program was developed by the CLG Coordinating Committee, and panelists included (pictured from left to right below): Moderator Liz Wyman, Senior Counsel, Maine Office of the Public Advocate; Jordan Stutt, Carbon Programs Director, Acadia Center; and Michael Stoddard, Executive Director, Efficiency Maine.
