Now online: New England External Transaction Tool Web Services Changes webinar materials

The presentation and recording of the June 5, 2019, New England External Transaction Tool Web Services Changes webinar are now available on the ISO New England website. Enhanced Energy Scheduling (EES), the current external transaction software, is being replaced with the New England External Transaction Tool (NEXTT). This webinar reviews the redesigned web services and the business rule changes associated with NEXTT that impact the submittal and evaluation of external transactions. Users need to understand these business rule changes before writing custom software to build the files that will be submitted via web services.
