ISO-NE announces key management changes in legal department

ISO New England announced that its vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary Raymond W. Hepper, will retire on June 1, 2018. Long-time executive and current deputy general counsel and assistant secretary Maria Gulluni will replace Ray and become vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, taking on oversight of all legal matters for the company.
