This webinar will explain to prospective companies the requirements to submit an ISO New England interconnection request for small generating facilities, large generating facilities, and elective transmission upgrades. It will describe the interconnection process timeline once assigned a queue position. The webinar is targeted at participants who plan to complete an ISO interconnection request.

This webinar will inform prospective project sponsors and market participants about the requirements and submittal process for the show of interest (SOI) for the seventeenth Forward Capacity Auction (FCA 17) to be held in February 2023 for the 2026-2027 Capacity Commitment Period (CCP).  The Market Rule requires qualification of new demand capacity resources prior to participation in a Forward Capacity Auction. The focus of this training is on how and when to submit the SOI and the information required for FCA qualification.
