ISO-NE CEO writes about the future grid in CommonWealth magazine

Massachusetts-based CommonWealth magazine has published an opinion piece from ISO New England CEO Gordon van Welie, the first in a four-part series from van Welie on the evolution of the region’s power system.

The piece details the work ISO New England, the New England states, and the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) are doing to determine exactly where the region’s power system is headed, how we’ll get there, and how to make sure New Englanders have access to reliable electricity during the transition.
